About Beth

Hi, I’m Beth Pupovac.

My entire life, I have always been an absolute ambassador for treating our bodies with respect & living healthy, balanced lives. I was always conscious of making healthy choices, eating well, exercising regularly & being a positive person. I was fascinated with the human body even prior to my teen years.

I read books on natural medicine, practised aerobics Oz style in the lounge room & could often be overheard advising people to ‘not speak to your body like that’.

I believed that if I ate well, exercised regularly, always had a smile on my face & was nice to everyone all the time I would maintain my goal of ‘perfect health’.

So I took the path that seemed obvious, studied many health qualifications. Became a personal trainer. Worked in a fitness centre.

For a long time there was a piece of the puzzle missing for me. Despite my best efforts I experienced several embarrassing ‘burn out’ moments & strange hard to explain illnesses. My Dr’s would always conclude with “I have no idea how someone like you got this.”

I also recognised that to really help people, I needed to be able to help them more holistically. As a personal trainer I was assisting with the physical body. They needed more.

Enter Kinesiology.                                                                                              

Through my studies I learnt my body on a holistic basis, to understand my limiting beliefs. I connected with my negative patterns of behaviour. I acknowledged that word, STRESS.

I found my way to wellness. The missing piece of the puzzle fell into place.

I realised that I was putting so much internal pressure on myself. I was suppressing A LOT of my needs, desires & emotions. I was living completely in ‘Fear mode’.

No amount of quinoa, green juices or exercise sessions were going to keep this body in a true state of wellness with that going on!

Wellness is a different concept to health. To fitness. I believe that wellness encompasses the whole. Can you be healthy and not well? I believe so. Can you be fit but not healthy, yes I believe you can.

It is my mission to help you find your way to wellness. Holistic wellness. Where all areas of your life are abundant & flowing.

Over the past 15 years I have been working in the Health & Wellness Industry & have completed qualifications in the following;

  • Diploma of Remedial Therapies
  • Cert IV in Personal Training
  • Cert IV in Remedial Massage
  • Cert IV Training & Assessment
