  • Intro call with Key Manager to establish Business requirements & desires 30mins *Included 
  • Mystery Shop up to 5 calls & provide written feedback for their records (included in below’s cost) 
  • Conduct 5 ‘feedback sessions’ $675 (Feedback session $67.50 for call, write up & feedback x10) 
  • Customer Service Workshop 3 hours $600
  • Written Assessment of Ind. Staff members with tips on managing them as Individuals $187.50
  • Follow up Mystery shop to check application of skills learnt 5 calls $150 *additional calls $30 per call

Beth Pupovac as a Trainer 

Beth has over 22 years experience working in Customer Service in a variety of industries, with the bulk of her time divided between the Health, Wellness & Fitness Industry & Hospitality. 

She has worked across all areas of Customer Service from Front line roles, such as reception, customer service, sales, hospitality & Personal Training; to behind the scene roles of admin, software admin / creation & has over a decade of experience in Management, Training, Recruitment & leadership roles.

Beth worked as the Customer Service & Training Manager at the prestigious C2K Fitness & Aquatic Centre @ Castle Hill RSL Club for 11 years & continues to conduct their Customer Service Training as a consultant trainer. She was their Customer Service Manager when they were awarded Australian Fitness Business of the year. 

She co-ownded & operated a successful Personal Training studio for 6 years & managed a private & successful sale of the sole-trading business. 

Beth is a qualified Kinesiologist, which furthered her studies in behavioural  & people skills. She has 5 years experience in clinical practise & was recruited as a Teacher at the College of Complementary Medicine, teaching new Kinesiologists. 

She is a vibrant & enthusiastic Trainer with an overwhelming passion for the human body, health & wellness & she prides herself on leading through inspiration & always aims to bring out the best in your staff. She has created & developed a wide range of workshops & training sessions over the past 15 years.
