We will read a book (See the Book list below), with the added bonus of the Members only space to share thoughts, questions and ideas throughout the month.

At the end of each month, we will meet online where Beth will host a Mastermind.

Key takeaways from the book will be discussed, Specific Questions will be asked, and each individual will create action steps to ensure application of the key takeaways.

The Group, led by Beth, will then hold you accountable for implementing these steps.

  • organize the books to be delivered to your door,

  • schedule the monthly meetings,

  • set key tasks AND

  • hold you accountable for your chosen Goals.

All you have to do is read the book and decide on your key desired outcomes.

  • Each month you will receive a mindfully selected new book, delivered to your door to read during those 4 weeks. I will provide the calculated number of pages you are required to read daily as a minimum to take any of the guess work out for you. The books will cover Life, Money, Health & wellness, spirituality and parenting (yourself or your children)

    *Note - if you select the 3month block you will receive 3 books.

  • Once a month we will meet online as a group to discuss the key concepts of the book and each set out key desire outcomes.

  • This group will serve as your Mastermind for the year. Think, women’s circle, cheerleaders, accountability group all rolled into one.

  • Within the group there will be a space where we can come daily to report, check in, ask Questions, encourage one another as a group. I will lead the group through weekly additional exercises and be posting regular hints and tips along the way.

  • Take the experience to the next level with some additional Private sessions with Beth. Explore your limiting beliefs, self-sabotage areas or home in on your goals with a goal setting session to ensure you reach your desired end point for 2026.

  • The Compound Effect

    This insightful book will help take the work we have done with Atomic Habits to the next step. The concept of how things compound is a profound and effcetive one. We will explore thjis concept in terms of $ as well as in relation to our other habits created in month 1.

  • The Celestine Prophecy

    Here we will switch gears a bit with this beautiful fictional story with bucketloads of insight into how we operate as humans. We will be introduced to energy practices and how we personally operate within relationships and at times of drama.
